”I’ll keep on fighting even if I’m the only one.” These lyrics are going to mean something different to each person who reads or hears them when put to music, for sure.
As creatives, we have talked about the sacrifices, the late hours and how sometimes, that’s it…that’s where the satisfaction will come from…in the doing, the creating…and there may be a period when we feel like we are the only one “fighting”…and that can be a lonely, isolated place…”land locked” and “hiding in the darkness”…but because we have our art and because we have the network, there will be “another day we get to survive.” Another day to create and therein is “the light” and “the destiny.”
