Slowing Down Doesn’t Mean Not Working As Hard


We are living in a world that is moving too quickly. Our bodies and our brains are overwhelmed and overstimulated, and it is catching up with people. That is why we are seeing so many neurological and mental health struggles. Everyone is saying they have ADHD or burnout, and honestly a lot of us probably do because there is just too much being thrown at us. Technology has moved so fast that human nature has not had time to catch up. Our DNA has not evolved at the same pace, yet we are expected to function like it has.


We reached this point in business where we suddenly had endless options. You could do this. You could do that. You could be on this platform, and that one, and that one too. There are so many directions a business can go that now a lot of people do not even know what to do anymore. And when I am talking about this, I am mostly talking about small businesses. Sometimes it is just one person. Sometimes it is a tiny team. They cannot keep up with everything and they should not have to.
