I participated as a vendor with The Native Nook, my traveling art gallery, at an outdoor night vending event hosted by Plant Therapy at Black Dog Coffee Shop in Logansport, IN. The art show was a fantastic experience!

This complication reflects my interpretation of The Song Remains the Same. I love how they're sad to leave their lives and feel down about heading on tour, only to rediscover their love for their art. But I wish the ending showed them being sad to leave each other and return to their regular lives. It’s like the constant push and pull of being dedicated to your craft while also wanting to be present for your loved ones. That longing to balance both worlds feels especially relatable as a creative.
