Open Mic Readings on October 1, 2026
On October 1, 2026, local writers and creatives from Rochester and surrounding communities gathered at the Mellow Mug Cafe for an evening of original writing, storytelling, and connection.
Hosted through a collaboration between the Fulton County Public Library and Digital Wolf Network, the Open Mic Readings gave participants the opportunity to share their own poems, short stories, essays, excerpts, and other original works with a supportive group of peers.
From first-time readers to familiar local voices, the evening was a chance to listen, share, and celebrate the creativity within our community.
Thank you to everyone who came out to read, listen, encourage, and support local writers.
